Body Recomposition, Engineered
A medically-integrated recomposition system — a web planner, an iOS app, an Apple Watch companion, and an AI coach with structured access to your entire dataset. Built to run an elite protocol from airports, hotels, and client dinners.
The Platform
The autoregulation math, the dosing math, the travel logic, the energy balance — the same code runs on every surface. The number on your watch, your phone, and your advisor's screen always agree. Parity is trust.
The Cockpit
Where the program is authored and monitored. A live client dashboard — rolling weight trend, energy balance, recovery, per-macro bars, sleep and HRV. Meal planning, mesocycle training design, DEXA and bloodwork extraction into trended markers. It reads like a fintech dashboard, not a gym app.
The Road Companion
Where you execute the day. An "Up Next" queue surfaces the next action — check-in, dose, meal, workout — in priority order. Barcode, search, hand-entry, and Macro Vision for the un-loggable restaurant meal. Protocol dosing with syringe draw-up math. One-handed, in motion.
Hands-Free at the Rack
Start a session on the phone and the watch opens itself and begins the workout. Target weight, reps, and the exact plate line on your wrist. Log each set with the Digital Crown. It writes the workout to Apple Health when you end it. No watch-side math to get out of sync.
The Intelligence Layer
An AI coach with structured, read-only access to your entire dataset — twelve purpose-built views, every one returning real numbers. It reasons the way a good coach does: excuses travel days from adherence, respects scale noise, refuses to call a trend on too few weigh-ins. Measurement over motivation, always on.
The Road
Most programs fall apart the first time you leave town. This one was designed on the road — every travel-week failure point solved in software, because the person who built it lives on airplanes too.
Photograph the plate. Pick the restaurant tier. Add the menu text and how much you ate. The system returns a component-level macro estimate with a clarifying-question loop — the answer to the client dinner you could never log. No database spelunking, no guessing at portion sizes at the table.
Duplicate a week for travel in one action. Every protocol item generates a computed packing list with a pack-buffer — how many units to bring for the trip window. Adherence is travel-aware: road meals on trip days are excused, not counted against you. Traveling without a blood-pressure cuff? Skip it honestly; the system records the gap instead of guessing.
The Instrument
The system doesn't just show you a figure — it shows you why. The training engine explains every prescription. The scale respects its own noise. The mechanism is legible, so you trust it.
A full hypertrophy mesocycle, authored like a periodized system. Each week, the engine computes next week's prescription for every slot — sets, RIR, target weight × reps — each with a plain-language reason and rule-trace that teaches why the volume moved. On the phone, it computes the same prescription on-device, generates a warm-up ladder, and does exact plate-loading math from your own plate inventory.
Drop in a DEXA report or a blood panel — PDF or photo — and the extraction pipeline turns it into structured, trended markers with deltas. Body-fat %, lean and visceral mass, regional breakdown, measured RMR. A canonical blood marker set from testosterone and estradiol to ApoB, cystatin-C eGFR, A1C, and hs-CRP — with a warning when two draws used different assays. The tedious part is automated. The trend is what remains.
Physician-Supervised Protocols
The platform tracks physician-supervised protocols with real structure — dose, route, frequency, timing, and adherence, with dosing math that derives daily units from concentration and weekly target. Oil-based items that share a syringe combine into one draw. Every item can generate a travel packing list.
The system measures, organizes, and educates. It does not prescribe. Pharmaceutical decisions are made and managed by licensed clinicians, and we route you to competent clinics for them. What we provide is the operating layer that makes a supervised protocol legible and executable inside a demanding life.
The Advisor
The platform was built by a senior solutions architect in financial technology — someone who spent his career mapping complex ecosystems, integrating third-party platforms, and engineering outcomes for billion-dollar institutions, while traveling weekly and closing eight-figure deals.
After running his own recomposition in his 40s using this exact methodology, he built the system he needed and couldn't buy. It treats a physique the way a solutions consultant treats an enterprise implementation: diagnose precisely, integrate intelligently, automate the repetitive work, and reserve human judgment for the decisions that move the number.
Every client engagement is direct, asynchronous, and high-touch — delivered through Slack and the platform, monitored against real data, adjusted before something becomes a problem. This is not a side project by a personal trainer. It is a performance system, operated by the person who built it.
The Principle
Body weight is a 7-day rolling average against the prior seven — never a single noisy morning. The system is honest about scale noise and refuses to call a trend on too few data points.
Day-level meal and protocol adherence, with road days excused rather than counted as misses. The standard adapts to the life, not the other way around.
Every training prescription carries its reasoning. Every extracted marker carries its assay context. Nothing is a black box, because a man who runs a business trusts what he can inspect.
Investment
Client-managed costs, separate: DEXA scans (~$100–150 each), telemedicine clinic fees for supervised protocols (~$250–500/month), gym access. The system organizes and measures; licensed clinicians prescribe.
Founding Clients
The engagement is high-touch by design. A small number of founding clients are being taken now. If the system is built for how you operate, start the conversation.
